As a user of training materials provided by SkillsWheel, you are hereby granted the following rights: 

• Unlimited reprinting of materials designed for distribution to course participants

• Unlimited delivery of the course to participants

• Unlimited number of participants for the course

• Unlimited rights to edit and modify the content of materials

• Unlimited rights to add your own content to enhance courses

• Ability to use your own logo on the materials when delivered to participants

The rights above include the use of training materials for virtual or remote training via videoconference facilities such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.

• You may not, under any circumstances, resell ANY product purchased from SkillsWheel.

• You may not distribute the materials, for free or at cost, to others who may resell it for commercial advantage.

• You may not convert materials from their original format directly to other derivatives such as audio playbacks, translations and online e-learning products and resell it as a new training material for commercial gain.

• The content is provided for your use generally as a trainer, training designer or a learner. You may not distribute materials obtained from SkillsWheel to other trainers and training course designers.

• Images used in any materials cannot be used outside the context they are provided without explicit permission. You are not allowed to extract images or reverse engineer the content and use them elsewhere.

Any free material offered on the SkillsWheel website are provided to enhance training courses or be used for self-learning.

No content from the site (text or images) can be republished elsewhere online or in print, as part of a product, for product advertisement, for commercial gain or for free. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to refer to the range of training materials provided by SkillsWheel, prior to purchasing, to ensure that the selected courses meet the required criteria. SkillsWheel provides professionally prepared course material based on comprehensive research, care and skill but accepts no liability in the event that the selected programme is unsuitable for you or your participant requirements. 

Materials on the SkillsWheel website are protected by Creative Commons licenses.  This provides a standardised way to grant the public permission to use creative work under copyright law. From the re-user’s perspective, the presence of a Creative Commons license on a copyrighted work answers the question, “What can I do with this work?” 

There are six different license types, each identified by distinctive icon blocks.  Information about which licences apply can be found as part of the information provided about any materials.

Photographic images used in SkillsWheel presentations are sourced from sites allowing free and unlimited use.  These include www.paxabay.com, www.pexels.com, and https://unsplash.com.

In some cases, images may have been purchased on behalf of SkillsWheel and in this case, any copyright information is shown with the image.

Images and GIF files of ‘stick’ characters are purchased on behalf of SkillsWheel for re-use under an End User Licence Agreement (EULA)  This allows for business, professional, and educational presentations to be viewed by a public audience, e-Learning environment or internal network, and distributed and/or sold to the audience provided that credit is given here to PRESENTERMEDIA for the creation of the Content which was used, so long as the purpose of the redistribution or sale is not the purpose of gaining access to the Content specifically.

No responsibility for loss caused to any individual or organisation acting or refraining from action as a result of the material in this publication can be accepted by the author or by SkillsWheel.

The right of SkillsWheel and Consult.PW to be identified as the owner of this work has been asserted by them in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. 

The rights to images or content are not transferred. The ownership of training materials and any other products remain with SkillsWheel. You are licensed to use the product as per conditions set in this document.

Upon successful checkout via our e-commerce system, you will immediately receive an email showing details of the products purchased. If for any reason you do not receive it due to email restrictions, server issues or firewall settings, please contact support@skillswheel.com and we will resend the email in a different format or to an alternate email address.

Training material acquired on-line through our website are considered to be transferred at the time of purchase. In line with current UK law and current industry practices, returns are only accepted for unused products.  As a result, no returns are accepted after the time of purchase. You will have every opportunity to examine the general content of the course material before you proceed to purchase it.

Content is provided in accordance with the agreement outlined in this document. While we made reasonable effort on the accuracy of the content to correctly present the research carried out about subjects, SkillsWheel does not warrant the accuracy of such information. 

Other than as expressly provided above the content is provided “as is” without representation, warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied representations, warranties or conditions of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. SkillsWheel does not represent or warrant that the content will meet your requirements. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the content is with you.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold SkillsWheel, its affiliates, its content providers and their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, partners and agents (collectively, the “SkillsWheel Parties”) harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) incurred by any SkillsWheel as a result of or in connection with any breach or alleged breach by you or anyone acting on your behalf of any of the terms of this agreement. 

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold SkillsWheel, its affiliates, its content providers and their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, partners and agents (collectively, the “SkillsWheel Parties”) harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) incurred by any SkillsWheel as a result of or in connection with any breach or alleged breach by you or anyone acting on your behalf of any of the terms of this agreement. 

In no event shall SkillsWheel or any of its affiliates or content providers be liable for any incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages whatsoever (including damages for loss of profits, interruption, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss).
