About the training materials
Delegation will always be one of the most important management skills - and one of the easiest to get wrong. Good delegation saves time and money. It also motivates people. Poor delegation costs time, money and de-motivates.
This course provides a step-by-step guide to understanding why good delegation is so important and suggests methods to ensure that it is effective.
The twenty slides are arranged into five sections which can be adapted to suit different audiences and the situations they might find themselves in. The content is particularly suitable for those new to management.
The five sections are:
- The benefits of delegation
- The stages of delegation
- Creating a task priority grid
- Delegating assertively
- Measuring success or failure
All the slides have subtle animations and transitions and it's easy to change the colours or customise them with your own branding or course information.
